Under any warranty arrangement by Xline Systems LTD, wear and tear is not covered. Any assessment of suspected wear and tear damage shall be carried out by Xline Systems LTD.
If any items or equipment, supplied by Xline Systems LTD, have had any modification in any way without prior agreement or consent, this shall invalidate automatically any warranty supplied by Xline Systems LTD.
Should any items or equipment obtain any defects after being used in the correct way within 12 months, either from a manufacturers fault or assembly issue, then we can arrange repair or replacement as long as the good are sent to us at Xline Systems LTD, Unit 2B, Eagle Court, Eagle Road, Quarry Hill Industrial Estate, Ilkeston, Derbyshire, DE7 4RB.
Items or Equipment that deem to be damaged by impact or show that they have been broken under considerable force will not be covered by Xline Systems LTD Warranty / Guarantee arrangement. If you receive a damaged item, you should email us with pictures of the damage within 24 hours. Items and Equipment must be returned to Xline Systems LTD at the customer’s expense for assessment before a replacement can be authorised.
It is the customer’s responsibility to inspect all goods on arrival. Any claims for loss of delivery, damage, late delivery or non delivery will need to be made within 24 hours. It is the customer’s responsibility to check when signing for a consignment that all items correlate with the number of parcels on the consignment. Xline Systems LTD cannot accept liability for any items or equipment left in unsecured locations or delivered to third party addresses.
Please be aware that any deliveries by Royal Mail guarantee no time or date for the delivery of goods. Any goods bought from Xline Systems LTD and then sent abroad by the customer won’t be covered by our guarantee, warranty and terms and conditions.
Any faulty items must be returned to us within 14 days of delivery. Returns are at the customer’s expense and a proof of delivery is required. If a replacement is needed before a faulty good has been reviewed by a member of the team, the customer will need to pay for that item until the faulty item has been received by Xline Systems. We aim to replace goods quickly and supply quality goods to the customer. Xline Systems LTD cannot accept liability for any losses by the customer due to the faulty goods supplied to them.

When returning an item you will need a unique returns number which you can obtain by contacting Xline Systems LTD, when returning you will need to put your returns number in with your item. If we receive items without your unique number then no further action will be taken going forward and we would keep the item(s) for 12 weeks before disposing of the goods. The item must be returned to us at the customer’s expense. Xline Systems reserve the right to send goods to the relevant supplier for repair. Any modifications will deem our guarantee and warranty null and void. Please call us here at Xline Systems LTD on 01159394444 in order to obtain a returns number for any items you wish to return to us. Returns cannot be processed without a returns number.
Should an item be needed to be collected from your property, please make sure that the item is returned in it's original packaging. Failure to oblige with the collection will result in full payment for the item billable to Xline Systems LTD. Collections will be attempted three times, after which appropriate action will be taken moving forward.

Should any items be deemed unwanted, you would need to return these items to us in their original packaging within 7 days of receiving the item. Please call Xline Systems LTD on 01159394444 to obtain your returns number from us. Should an unwanted item be returned to us after 7 days there will be a 20% restocking fee charged at the discretion of Xline Systems LTD. The cost of the returning items will be at the customer’s expense. Our team will inspect the condition of these items before granting a refund.
Poles will need to be regularly cleaned and maintained in order to obtain a full warranty. Failure to maintain the cleanliness, replace any worn areas including, sections, extensions and base caps will invalidate and warranty or guarantee claims.
Wear and Tear is not covered under Xline Systems Ltd warranty and guarantee arrangement.
All customer information will not be disclosed in anyway and is kept strictly confidential. We do not disclose any information to any third party sources.
SECTION 14 - INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Xline Systems Ltd and our parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, interns and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third-party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms of Service or the documents they incorporate by reference, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third-party.
SECTION 15 - SEVERABILITY
In the event that any provision of these Terms of Service is determined to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed to be severed from these Terms of Service, such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.

The obligations and liabilities of the parties incurred prior to the termination date shall survive the termination of this agreement for all purposes.
These Terms of Service are effective unless and until terminated by either you or us. You may terminate these Terms of Service at any time by notifying us that you no longer wish to use our Services, or when you cease using our site.
If in our sole judgment you fail, or we suspect that you have failed, to comply with any term or provision of these Terms of Service, we also may terminate this agreement at any time without notice and you will remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination; and/or accordingly may deny you access to our Services (or any part thereof).

SECTION 20 - FREE SHIPPING
This applies to UK mainland (this does not include the Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands and Isle of White) orders to a product value of over £100. This does not include VAT as this is a Government imposed tax, not a product value. Free shipping applies to all orders with a weight of less than 20kg.
If you are unhappy with your item, please let us know (either call our customer service team on 0115 9394444 (Option 2), or send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org). Our Returns Policy gives you 30 days to return or exchange an item bought online with a valid receipt. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, goods must be returned in a re-saleable condition. That means your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The item must be in the original packaging and returned with any accessories, labels and “free gifts” or bonus items.
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Xline Systems Ltd, Unit 2b Eagle Court, Quarry Hill Industrial Estate, Ilkeston, Derbyshire, DE7 4RB, United Kingdom. Please make sure to include your full address and contact details with the package.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
All returned items are subject to a 20% re-stocking and handling fee.
SECTION 22 - RETURNS
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your debit/credit card or original method of payment, within 14 calendar days. If you paid for standard delivery of the goods, the cost of standard delivery will also be refunded. All returned items can be subject to a 20% re-stocking and handling fee.
