Mounted on a durable folding wheeled cart with braked wheels and powered by a 12V 20Ah battery, the system delivers reliable performance and complete mobility on site. Includes a safety speed controller, hose roller guides, and a charging panel with volt meter for easy monitoring.

The Portable 12V Battery-Powered Ground Based Drone Hose Reel is a purpose-built hose management system designed to work seamlessly with ground based drone cleaning setups. Built for mobility, reliability, and ease of use, this unit provides a fully portable solution for feeding softwash hose to your drone while keeping your equipment organised and efficient on site.
The system features a high-pressure inlet connection, allowing it to connect directly to your vehicle-mounted drone hose supply. This enables operators to run hose from the vehicle to the reel and then supply the lightweight softwash hose that the drone lifts during cleaning operations.
At the heart of the system is the 12V Electric Reel-X hose reel, which is electronically motorised to wind the hose back in, making hose retrieval fast and effortless. This eliminates manual winding, reduces operator fatigue, and helps keep the hose neatly stored between jobs. A safety speed controller ensures smooth and controlled rewinding for safe operation.
The entire system is mounted on a versatile medium-duty 2-in-1 folding wheeled cart with two braked wheels, making it easy to transport around worksites while remaining stable during operation. The integrated 12V 20Ah battery system powers the reel, and the charging power panel with visual volt meter allows you to easily monitor battery levels and recharge when needed.
