1,000 Litre Orange Tank + Frame (2x 500L Tanks Joined)

2x 500ltr baffled water tanks secured with a heavy-duty framework through the chassis of the vehicle. Tanks can be joined or isolated (if you ever wanted to carry pure water also). Fitted with a ball cock valve and overflow to prevent any flooding. Fitted with return feed from pressure washer.

High pressure 12v electric hose reel with 40 meters of high pressure 3/8" hose along with a high pressure swivel connector.

This reel comes fitted with the top mounted hose roller guides, these can be repositioned to the bottom of the reel if required.

Description

With this system you can turn up to the job with 1,000 litre’s of water and instantly start cleaning. You can refill while you work and easily fill up securely using the externally mounted port plate and the supplied wheeled hose reel and 50m of 1/2″ clear hose. This diesel powered Yanmar electric start engine is mated to a gearbox and InterPump high pressure pump. The pressure washer is mounted to an anti-vibration skid plate which can be bolted to the floor of your vehicle. Water is then fed to the 40m high presssure 12v electric hose reel, which comes with heavy duty roller guides and an electronic safety speed controller, which helps to prevent overspooling. Supplied with 40m of 3/8″ high pressure hose and M22 fittings.

Supplied with the pressure washer is a 12v 110a/hr battery inside a protective enclosure, this can be charged while the pressure washer is in use, or when the vehicle’s engine is running.

We have also included in this bundle a high pressure hand held lance with a Turbo Nozzle, an 18″ Whirlaway Flat Surface Cleaner, along with a 20L diesel jerry can & frame.

Included in the cost is our professional installation service here at Xline. We can work with you on the exact layout of equipment and install either into vans, or trailers.
