Description
PURE WATER FILTRATION SYSTEM
This systems comes with our automated flush and fill functionality, this fully automates the flushing of your membrane (at the start of the cycle and also every hour for 5 minutes), complete shutoff of water when your tank is full.
As with all reverse osmosis filter system, the higher the tap pressure from your water source the better the system will run, as this helps to produce water quicker and to also keep your running costs lower over time.
**Ideally this system needs to have a tap water pressure of around 60-90psi. Most UK households have poor tap pressure (less than 50psi) causing fill times to be slower and to increase running costs. We always recommend if you have a feed of less than 50psi then a booster pump will be needed to boost up the pressure.
We can supply all of our filtration systems with a booster pump if needed.**
These figures are dependant on a number of factors, such as water pressure, temperature & age of the R/O membrane

AUTO FILL
The system starts the water flow/filtering process, the system then detects when the tank is full, at which point the system fully isolates the water supply.
AUTO FLUSH
The system will automate a 5 minute flush or cleaning cycle every hour during the filling cycle, this will help extend the lifespan of the main R/O membrane.

HIGH FILTRATION VOLUME
These systems are designed to run for long periods of time and can produce up to 9,500 litres of pure water a day.
LOW RUNNING COSTS
On average you will find your annual running costs to replace the filters inside this system will cost less than £150 per year.
WATER USAGE
Static systems allow you to use more than one tank of water per day, compared to a van mounted filtration system.
VEHICLE SIZE
By having the option of refilling the tanks throughout the day gives the option of having a smaller tank in a smaller vehicle.
MULTIPLE VEHCILES
Allow multiple vehicles to draw pure water from the system on filter system, sharing running costs & without the need to purchase a filtration system for every vehicle.
VAN DOWNTIME
