Peugeot Expert – 1 Man 350ltr + Electric Reel – Window Cleaning Van System

In this video we talk through the install of a 350ltr window cleaning system installed into a Peugeot Expert.

Step 1 for this install was to have the floor Rhino lined, this creates a waterproof anti-slip hard lasting surface on the floor and wheel arches of the van.

Next we installed our 350ltr 1 Man RO/DI system with our DI-Saver module, this setup offers the best efficiency in terms of filtering the water and reducing the overall running costs on a system like this.

Finally we installed an electric reel mounted on a raised reel platform, the reel then had a safety speed controller added and finally 100 meters of our orange 6mm hose.
